- 牛油 Butter 187g
- 砂糖 Sugar 187g
- 雞蛋 Egg 187g
- 低筋粉 Cake Flour 250g
- 泡打粉 Baking powder 8g
- 青檸皮 Lime zest 2pcs
- 巧克力豆 Chocolate chips 100g
- 百里香 Thyme 5g
裝飾 | Decoration
- 原粒杏仁 Whole Almonds
- 自製檸檬乾 Candied Lemon
- 百里香 Fresh thyme
步驟 | STEPS
- 打發牛油和砂糖至乳白狀。Cream butter with sugar.
- 分次加入雞蛋攪拌混合。Add eggs and then whisk until smooth.
- 加入青檸皮、巧克力豆、百里香手拌匀。Add Lime peel, Chocolate chips and thyme leaves.
- 加入低筋粉、泡打粉拌匀。Sift in cake flour and baking powder.
- 將麵糊放進蛋糕模內。Pour mixture into brushed bake mold.
- 放入烤箱(180oC),烘烤約40分鐘。Bake at 180 oC around 40 mins.
- 在蛋糕表面放上裝飾。
