基本、原味的起司奶油糖霜食譜
Basic Creamcheese frosting with creamy texture and rich flavors!
材料 | Ingredients
- 奶油乳酪 ,放置於室溫| Creamcheese 200g
- 奶油 ,放置於室溫 | Unsalted Butter 100g
- 糖霜 | Icing sugar 240g
步驟 | STEPS
- 混合奶油乳酪、奶油,並打發至蓬鬆狀。Cream cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- 分數次加入糖霜,並打發至蓬鬆狀。Add icing sugar a spoon at a time until it is creamy and smooth.
- 放入冰箱冷藏至少2小時才使用。Store in the fridge at least 2 hours before using.
