低筋麵粉 cake flour | 53g |
蛋白 egg whites | 63g |
全蛋 egg | 53g |
香草精 vanilla extract | 2g |
菜油 vegetable oil | 9g |
杏仁片 almond slices | 193g |
步驟 / STEPS
1.混合低筋麵粉和砂糖。Combine cake flour and sugar.
2.倒入蛋白和全蛋,攪拌直至粉末消失。Pour in egg whites and egg and keep stirring.
3.加入菜油和香草精。Add extract and vegetable oil & vanilla extract.

4.倒入杏仁片,輕輕攪拌均勻。Combine batter with almond slices.
5.用湯匙將麵糊放在烤盤上,確保麵糊團之間相距將3-4cm,然後稍微攤薄麵糊。Scoop and flatten the batter on baking tray with soup spoon.
6.如想製作彎曲的杏仁瓦片,便需要於出爐後,立即用麵包棍將瓦片屈曲直至完全冷卻。If you want to make curve shape tuiles, after baking, buckling them with rolling pin.

**放涼後的杏仁瓦片需用密封容器保存。Keep tuiles in airtight container.
**最好於3天內食用完畢。Consume within 3 days.
