A no bake chocolate treats that is pretty quick & easy to make

材料 / ingredients
黑巧克力Dark Chocolate | 150g |
鮮奶油Cream | 100g |
棉花糖marshallow | 30g |
瑪莉餅marie biscuits | 30g |
胡桃Walnut | 30g |
夏威夷堅果 macadamia | 40g |
紅莓乾 Dried Cranberry | 35g |
糖粉 Icing sugar |
步驟 / STEPS
1.將黑巧克力切碎。Chop the dark chocolate into shards.
2.將鮮奶油煮沸。Bring heavy cream into boil.

3.將熱的鮮奶油倒入巧克力碎中,攪拌直至表面變得光滑,室溫放涼。Pour hot cream into chocolate shards, keep stirring until its smooth and shiny.


4.弄碎餅乾,備用。Break biscuits into large & even pieces.

5.將所有果仁切成粗粒。Roughly chop all the nuts.
6.除了糖霜外,混合其餘的材料,攪拌均勻。Except icing sugar, mix all ingredients and make sure that all dry ingredients are coated with dark chocolate ganache.

7.將巧克力倒在烘焙紙上,捲成長條狀,並扭緊兩端。冷藏至少1小時。Pour it on parchment paper and roll into loaf shape. Chill at least 1hour.
8.準備一個鋪有糖霜的烤盤。Prepare a baking tray with icing sugar.

9.將已冷藏好的巧克力的表面沾上糖霜,並掃走多餘的粉末。Coat Chocolate Salami with icing sugar, brush off the excess icing.
